Well…I decided to be spontaneous and went to Paris over what was Memorial Day Weekend in the US. Here are just a few photos from walking around that Saturday and Sunday. I honestly felt more comfortable wearing the LK Bennett pumps I have been loving that Sunday evening as it was so picturesque along the water and they wear well with my Mackage leather and Dior rouge (I just love that rouge!). Also after wearing my Nikes most of the afternoon for a very worthwhile but lengthy run from my hotel to the Eiffel tower and back (photos to follow), I felt it was most suiting! I think I enjoyed that it was not so warm in a sense as it was nice to walk around. I took many other photos but I felt these were my favorite to share on the blog.
The atmosphere of Paris along Le Seine in the evening is undeniably nostalgic and romantic with a sense of calm. Yes… I cannot deny it would be lovely to venture to Paris with a dashing dark eyed lover but I simply was longing to visit Paris now and enjoyed the sights with a few friends new and old .
Wearing my cherry embroidered cowboy boots, nautical JCrew Jackie Cardigan and precious Mackage leather jacket with the black leather hobo bag I have had for two years BUT use all the time. Black is always in style!!
